A soldier was martyred when Pakistani troops violated ceasefire and fired mortars and resorted to unprovoked firing in Uri sector on Wednesday, official sources said this evening.
They said a soldier was martyred after he was hit by a bullet fired by Pak troops at the line of control in Uri sector.
They said Indian troops also retaliated.
